Step 1 – Parent Intake Form

Before booking, please complete our Parent Intake Form (Google Form).
This ensures we have all the necessary information about your children, routines, and any special needs.

Step 2 – Meet & Greet

Schedule a Meet & Greet with your sitter via Calendly.
This short meeting lets you and your children get to know your sitter before confirming ongoing care.

Note: Zoom calls are free; in-person meetings may incur a fee based on distance.

Step 3 – Booking Request

Choose your preferred date and time using our Booking Request calendar (Calendly).
Availability is updated in real time.

Step 4 – Payment & Deposit

Bookings are confirmed after deposit payment.
Full payment instructions will be provided once the intake form and booking request are submitted.
