2. Comprehensive Background Checks
Every candidate undergoes a rigorous multi-county, state, and national background check, including sex offender registry scans, driving record checks, and identity verification.
3. In-Depth Interviews
We conduct behavioral and situational interviews to assess a candidate's problem-solving skills, temperament, and alignment with our high standards of care.
4. Reference Verification
We personally speak with past employers and families to verify the candidate's experience, reliability, and the quality of care they provide.
5. CPR & First Aid Certification
We mandate that all Kiddie Kasa Care professionals hold current, valid CPR and First Aid certifications to handle any emergency with confidence.
Continuous Monitoring
Our commitment to safety doesn't end once a caregiver is hired. We maintain open communication channels, collect ongoing feedback from families, and require periodic re-certification to ensure our standards are always met.
