Kiddie Kasa Care operates as a placement agency connecting families with qualified care professionals, including nannies, babysitters, and specialized caregivers. We facilitate introductions, conduct background checks, and handle initial bookings.

3. User Accounts

To utilize our services, users may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Background Checks & Vetting

While Kiddie Kasa Care conducts comprehensive background checks, interviews, and reference verifications on all care professionals, parents acknowledge that they hold the ultimate responsibility for interviewing, hiring, and managing the caregiver. We do not guarantee the performance or behavior of any caregiver.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are outlined in the pricing section of our website or in the specific agreement provided to you. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Kiddie Kasa Care to charge the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking agreement. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate the caregiver and the agency for reserved time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddie Kasa Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service or any interaction with caregivers introduced by the agency.
